Ménière’s Support Group of NSW Inc.

Objectives of the Ménière's Support Group:

1. To admit to membership:
(a) persons diagnosed as suffering from Ménière's disease,
(b) health professionals,
(c) those interested in and supportive of the Group and its objectives.

2. To obtain and circulate information on Ménière's disease, the latest findings as to the possible cause and cure; and on how to cope with such a disability.

3. To co-operate, when appropriate, with research into the causes and treatment of Ménière's  disease.

4. To foster contact between members as well as enquirers in order to provide information, encouragement and support. (Medical advice to be provided only by professionally qualified people).

5. To have contact and exchange of ideas with similar organisations interstate and overseas.

6. To acquire sufficient funds and property by subscriptions, donations and grants in order to achieve the Group's objectives.

7. Upon winding up of the Group to transfer any surplus funds and property only to other organisations which raise funds for philanthropic purposes allied to Ménière's disease, and donations to which are tax deductible.
